Where there is no floor to bolt to and nothing to core, this is the answer.

3M specifies a maximum wall thickness of 24 in., which it states as 60.9 cm, with the sleeve adjusting to suit. Advanced series bases are built for manhole and confined space entry and retrieval, and every base in the range is designed to pair with an Advanced davit mast as a matched system.

See our davit arm, confined space entry and rescue and retrieval ranges, or compare the fixed barrel mount sleeve davit mast base.

Key Features

Barrel mount sleeve base for tank and vessel openings

Adjustable to the wall thickness

Maximum wall thickness 60.9 cm

Takes an Advanced davit mast

Part of the Advanced series matched base and mast system

Specifications

Brand

3M DBI-SALA

SKU

8512285

Product type

Adjustable barrel mount sleeve davit base

Maximum wall thickness

60.9 cm (24 in.)

Adjustment

Integrated, adjustable

For use with

Advanced davit mast

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1478/9158/files/3m-dbi-sala-confined-space-integrated-adjustable-barrel-mount-sleeve_35ce761a-4655-420c-9719-85928a57cfc4.jpg?v=1787572764
https://www.heightsafetycentral.com.au/products/3m-dbi-sala-confined-space-integrated-adjustable-barrel-mount-sleeve
