It clips onto the cable, rides up with them and locks if they fall, and it detaches so it can move between systems.

The Lad-Saf flexible cable system runs a steel cable the length of the climb between a top and a bottom bracket. A Lad-Saf sleeve connects the climber to the cable, follows them up and locks onto the cable if they fall. This X3 sleeve uses a dual independent locking system and fits 9.5 mm diameter 1x7 or 7x19 solid core cable. It is supplied with a zinc plated steel double action karabiner. The Lad-Saf system can be used by up to four workers at once, so one sleeve per climber is required.

Browse the ladder safety and roof access system and fall arrest device ranges, or pair it with the Lad-Saf bracketry and the Lad-Saf cable guides.

Key Features

Detachable sleeve, moves between Lad-Saf systems

Dual independent locking system

Fits 9.5 mm 1x7 or 7x19 solid core cable

Supplied with a zinc plated steel double action karabiner

Follows the climber and locks onto the cable in a fall

Certified to AS/NZS 1891.3:1997 as part of a complete Lad-Saf flexible cable system

Specifications

Brand

3M DBI-SALA

Range

Lad-Saf X3

SKU

6160052

Product type

Detachable cable sleeve

Cable

9.5 mm diameter, 1x7 or 7x19 solid core

Locking

Dual independent locking system

Connector

Zinc plated steel double action karabiner

Standard

AS/NZS 1891.3:1997, as part of the complete Lad-Saf system

Product Documents

Lad-Saf X3 Detachable Cable Sleeve Datasheet (PDF)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1478/9158/files/3m-dbi-sala-lad-saf-vertical-safety-system-detachable-sleeve_5e913bce-8a2f-4548-a15a-52c3c84be715.jpg?v=1787573109
https://www.heightsafetycentral.com.au/products/3m-dbi-sala-lad-saf-vertical-safety-system-detachable-sleeve
